By accessing and using BG Remover ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BG Remover provides an AI-powered image background removal tool. Users can upload images, have backgrounds automatically removed, and download the processed results as transparent PNG files.

3. User Accounts

• You must sign in with a Google account to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You may not use another person's account without permission.
• You can delete your account at any time from the Account settings page.

4. Credits and Payments

• New users receive 3 free credits upon registration.
• Additional credits can be purchased as one-time credit packs or through monthly subscriptions.
• Payments are processed securely through PayPal. All prices are in USD.
• Credit packs are non-refundable once used. Unused credit packs are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. You retain access until the end of the current billing period.
• Subscription credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans and credit pack purchases. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds will be processed through PayPal to the original payment method.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload images containing illegal content
• Use the Service for fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to circumvent credits or payment systems
• Use automated tools to abuse or overload the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to images you upload and download. We do not claim ownership of your content. The Service itself, including its design, code, and branding, is our intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Service.
